OUR BODY OILS HAVE MANY USES. They can be used to fill light bulb rings, potpourri warmers, oil burners, make lotions, bubble bath gels, bath crystals, candles and even simmered in crock pots and diffusers to fragrance the home. A few drops of your favorite body oil in your bath water will scent your body, your bathroom and your hallway. This makes a very nice start to a pleasant evening in bed, or a hot night on the town.

Wearing them together creates that all over flavor that leaves people turning their heads in awe as you walk away. Sometimes they will even beg you to tell them what you're wearing. A. THE ORIGIN OF ROCK INCENSE
Rock incense are different varieties of frankincense and myrrh tree sap, which is extracted from sacred trees, that grow in different parts of Arabia, Ethiopia and Somalia. They are used to purify the air in your home for meditation, prayer and blessings, just like holy temples have done for thousands of years. The smell of the fragrance can linger in the air for up to three days, and leaves the atmosphere in your house cleansed with positive energy. The colored rocks are different blends of refined frankincense and myrrh. The solid colored frankincense and myrrh rocks are from the raw sap that is extracted from the frankincense and myrrh trees and bushes. Each blend has a different type of intensity and aroma.

B. HOW TO PROPERLY LIGHT INCENSE CHARCOAL
1. First you need to have a pack of incense charcoal, a brass, stone or metal incense burner, and your favorite blend of frankincense and / or myrrh.
2. Get something to hold the charcoal over a sink with while you light the charcoal with a cigarette lighter.
3. As you hold the charcoal over a sink in one hand, with the cigarette lighter in the other, hold the fire on the charcoal until the sparks run halfway through the charcoal. Then, put the charcoal in the container.
4. Wait a minute for the charcoal to turn completely red before you put your rock incense on it. If not, you will smother the charcoal and it will be wasted.
5. Place your incense burner on a small plate to conduct the heat, and to carry the incense burner from room to room so that the purifying aroma can completely bless and purify your entire home.

C. HOW TO MELT FRANKINCENSE AND MYRRH
1. When the charcoal is completely red, take a small pinch of your favorite blend, or 3 to 5 rocks of frankincense and / or myrrh, and place it in the center of the charcoal tablet.
2. Add more rocks according to you personal preference, every 15 to 30 minutes or every hour depending on how intense you want the fragrance. Eventually you develop your own personal style of melting rock incense. Note: Knock the finished rocks off of the charcoal as you add fresh rocks with a spoon.
3. It is traditional to bless the four corners of your home, or the room that you are purifying. Some people recite the Lord’s prayer or their favorite prayer as they travel from room to room. To meditate in one room, concentrate on the smoke as if it is purifying your spirit, or focus on the positive energy radiating from the softness of the pure white smoke.
4. Wait a minute for the charcoal to turn completely red before you put your rock incense on it. If not, you will smother the charcoal and it will be wasted.
5. Relax and enjoy the purifying aromas of ancient Egypt. A gift given to Jesus Christ at birth.

>>>> It is important to follow the directions carefully. Use only a container designed specifically for burning charcoal. For adult use only, keep away from children, pets and accident prone people. Use tweezers, tongs or scissors to hold the charcoal while lighting. Use a pot holder or a moist folded paper towel to remove the top. Use a small plate to rest the incense burner on, and to move it around. Only rest it on a stable, non-plastic location. This product needs to be monitored.

Adding water to the oil that you burn only weakens the scent.

Water causes the oil to burn much faster, which can make the oil too hot for the glass and cause it to break.

Oils that are only for burning have additional chemicals, such as alcohol, added to them. These chemicals burn off faster than pure oil alone.

Cleaning the glass on the oil burner is easy when you use oil. Oil cuts oil.

If you use a stand up incense holder, fold the stick in half for stability.

To keep incense ashes on a flat incense holder, crack the stick a little at the base where it actually meets the holder and get the stick close to the tray. Also, keep the burning incense out of traffic areas where people walk by.

How much oil should I use in the glass top portion of the deep dish oil burners?
We suggest using a 1/2 ounce of straight scented oil for the maximum benefit, safety, lasting power, longevity and lingering ability. Using less than that is a matter of choice. We recommend that you use only The Secret of Essence Oils with your diffusers.

What type of candle should I use with my oil burner?
Use only unscented tea candles in the little metal cups. One candle will burn up to five (5) hours or more before going out by itself.

Can I add water to the oil in the oil burner?
We suggest that you do not add water to your oil burner. The best burning oils are straight. Remember to always have enough oil in your diffuser so that the glass will not crack. Place your diffuser in a safe place away from kids, pets, drafts, flammable items and clumsy people. We do sell replacement glass, just in case.
